Haven`t you always wanted to experience the way people were living at the beginning of the last century? Then you are perfectly right here.
Enjoy your holiday in our restored house – built in 1891 – which has maintained its original congeniality, including the convenience of our days.
On the ground floor, you`ll find the “blue room”, cosy enough for one person. Apart from that there`s “die Stubn”, a dining room with its genuine “Jogltisch”, a credenza and tiled stove. There`s also the “Grüne Kammerl”, a small single room with a great view of the landscape and the Dobratsch (mountain).
The ancient “schwarze Kuchl” – tiny but well appointed and comfortable – leads on to our bathroom – completely modernised – offering shower, washbasin, washing machine, toilet, underfloor heating and more.
A wooden staircase takes you up to the living room. Everything is made of wood. The room provides: a comfortably couch, Hifi system, SAT – TV and DVD player. Looking out of the window you can see the so called “Mittagskogel”. Take the chance to climb it!
Another room called “Guckerlzimmer” offers lodging for one or two persons. It`s separated from the living room by a curtain.
In the house you`ll find everything a good household needs: bed linen, ironing table, iron, towels, dishes, sewing things and games for kids and grown-ups.
Settle back and relax in our nice little garden with it`s wine arbour and enjoy barbecuing or playing table tennis.
Nearby the house you can find a carport for two cars. There`s nothing else you need for a restful holiday.
The Faakersee and the Aichwaldsee you can reach in three minutes with your car.
We are nonsmoker!
